Baseline Guard for Jira customer support is available through the public Baseline Guard support portal.
Choose New issue in the support portal, then select the template that best matches your request:
Provide only the minimum non-sensitive information needed to understand the request. Helpful details can include the Baseline Guard version, the approximate time of the problem, the selected reporting period and audience, the visible error code, and non-sensitive reproduction steps.
Do not post secrets, passwords, access tokens, credentials, personal data, confidential Jira content, report bodies, customer information, or security vulnerabilities in a public GitHub issue.
For account, billing, privacy, or security matters, email help@levyautomations.com instead of opening a public issue. Security vulnerabilities must be reported privately to that address and must not be disclosed through the public support portal.
In an initial private report, avoid sending credentials, access tokens, or unnecessary Jira content. We may request additional non-sensitive information after reviewing the report.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Our target is to provide an initial response within one business day. This is an operating target, not a guaranteed response or resolution time and not a contractual service-level agreement.
Baseline Guard is operated by Brian Levy, a sole proprietor, under the product and business name Levy Automations.
